Therapy for high-functioning adults and couples
who feel stuck—and want meaningful change.

Many people I work with have spent years pushing through anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress while slowly losing connection to themselves or each other.

In our work together we look beneath the surface at the internal and relational patterns that keep people stuck and develop practical ways of responding differently.

What to Expect in Therapy

I offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy that helps people slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look together at the internal and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck—and work toward new ways of responding that feel more aligned and sustainable.

I work with capable, responsible people who have spent years pushing through anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress while slowly losing connection to themselves or each other.

‍I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and trauma-informed approaches. Therapy often unfolds in focused phases, with regular check-ins to be sure the work continues to feel helpful, meaningful, and connected to real change in your life and relationships.

Couples Therapy

I specialize in working with couples who feel caught in repetitive conflict, emotional distance, resentment, or trust rupture.

Together we identify the patterns beneath disconnection and build practical ways of responding differently.

Couples therapy is offered as a specialized private-pay service to allow focused, results-oriented work without insurance limitations.

Who I Work Best With

You may be a good fit for this work if:

  • you are thoughtful and capable but feel stuck in repeating patterns

  • anxiety, burnout, or overthinking are affecting your relationships

  • insight alone hasn’t led to the changes you hoped for

  • you want therapy that is reflective but also practical

  • you’re ready to look honestly at patterns and build something better
